Prof. Dr. André Presse

After completing a banking apprenticeship, André Presse studied Economics and then earned his doctorate under Professor Götz W. Werner in Karlsruhe. Subsequently, he founded the Transfer and Start-up Centre at Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. Professor Presse is a Visiting Scholar at the Yale Entrepreneurial Institute. He was also an Assistant Professor at the University of Waterloo in Ontario and a Junior Professor at the University of Bolzano. In 2017, he was appointed Professor of Entrepreneurship and Head of the Grenke Centre for Entrepreneurial Studies at SRH Berlin University. In May 2022, he moved to the PFH to take up a professorship for Digital Business and Sustainable Entrepreneurship. In addition to his experience as a company founder and shareholder of several companies in the field of digitalisation, sustainability and media, André Presse has extensive teaching experience in the field of entrepreneurship and digitalisation.
