About the Dual Award Programme
The Dual Award Master's degree programme enables you to gain the skills and academic depth required to be a successful and responsible manager in an increasingly globalized world. The programme offers the possibility to specialise in specific areas of management and also contributes to your personal development through individual coaching sessions, soft skills training and an intercultural learning environment.
In addition, the mentoring scheme of our professors and the University's own Career Service will support you in starting your career. Through its numerous elective options, the syllabus of the Master's degree offers maximum scope for individual specialisation in accordance with your career goals. The choice of electives varies according to the chosen Dual Award partner. The programme may also be taken entirely at PFH, in which case only the PFH’s Master of Science degree will be awarded.

Qualification with a job guarantee
As a graduate of the dual-award programme, you get a job guarantee according to which PFH undertakes to repay 20 per cent of tuition fees if you have completed the programme within the standard period of study and, despite your own initiative and the University's own Career Service, have not found a suitable job within nine months. PFH has needed to honour this promise only six times in its history, with over 600 Management graduates. Our graduates are sought after in business and usually have a firm contractual commitment even before they complete their studies. For more information on the conditions, please contact the international office.
Requirements and application procedure
The entry requirement is a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent qualification with a business science focus. If you have gained fewer than 210 credits in your first course of studies (for instance, in the case of a Bachelor's degree with 180 ECTS), an additional semester might be required. The 4-semester pathway offers students the possibility to earn 30 ECTS through additional subjects, either at PFH or one of its global partners. It is also possible to shorten the Master's programme by means of prior professional achievements. Please contact the international office to check whether you are eligible for recognition of work experience or practical training. Entry is ultimately based on an individual application procedure.
