Prof. Dr. Antje-Britta Mörstedt

Antje-Britta Mörstedt, born on 14 August, 1965, studied Business Administration at the Georg-August University in Göttingen from 1987 to 1992, focusing on Organisation and Management, Industrial Business Administration, Labour Law, Production and Economics. From 1991, she was employed in adult education as a lecturer and coordinator of professional development courses.

In 1995, she obtained her first teaching contract at PFH Private University of Applied Sciences in relation to Bookkeeping and Balancing. From October 1997, she was employed as a lecturer at PFH, where she became Course Coordinator in 1997 and where she was Deputy Head of Administration from 1999 to 2007.

In the period from 1999 to 2002, she was also Head of the Content Factory, initially at the Management Academy and subsequently at unicmind.com. Since 2003, she has run the distance-learning study programme in Business Administration. Likewise from October 1997, she was also employed as a freelance employee at the management consultancy company, Unicconsult GmbH, Göttingen, focusing mainly on business seminars for managers and consultancy projects relating to controlling and process optimisation. In 2002, she gained her doctorate on the subject of "Total dynamic organisation: future-oriented organisation design based on chaos research".

At the end of 2008, she was appointed to a professorship in General Business Administration, specialising in Organisation and Blended Learning.
